We offer a mixture of day-to-day, short-term and long-term Cover Supervisor roles, providing flexibility for those looking for occasional work, as well as consistent placements throughout the academic year.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will support schools by supervising lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with the work provided. You will manage classroom behaviour, support students with their learning and help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their experience within education and gain valuable classroom exposure without needing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Requirements

• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
• The ability to build effective relationships with students and school staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
