We have a variety of roles available, including flexible day-to-day cover, short-term assignments and longer-term placements, allowing you to find a position that works around your experience, availability and career goals.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting schools by delivering effective classroom supervision during teacher absences. You will oversee pre-planned lessons, encourage positive behaviour, support students with their learning and ensure lessons continue smoothly in the absence of the class teacher.

Working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, this role offers excellent insight into the classroom and is a fantastic stepping stone for anyone considering a future career in teaching.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A reliable, adaptable and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
