About the role
As a Test Engineer, you will confirm products are built correctly and conform to test procedures and specifications. You will be responsible for fault finding down to component level aided with circuit diagrams, collating and documenting all results. You will maintain test equipment, and design and build additional test equipment as and when required, to improve testing efficiency of all Company products, ensuring adherence to the Companies quality standards.
The successful candidate will highly self-motivated and able to remain professional in a pressured environment. You will be ideally qualified to at least HNC level in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with practical experience in the use of general test equipment, including multi-meters, oscilloscopes, function generators current meters and power analysers.
An understanding of digital and analogue electronics is essential for this role, along with demonstrable knowledge of power electronics products.
Report:
The role will report directly to the Head of Production.
