Probate Legal Secretary – Poole – Salary up to £26,000

We’re working with a well-established legal practice looking to recruit an experienced Probate Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive team in Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a client-focused environment, providing dedicated support to a busy fee earner while helping deliver exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and probate applications
• Provide audio typing and administrative support to the Probate team
• Manage diaries, appointments, and client files
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties professionally
• Assist with billing, estate administration, and case management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Probate or Private Client
• Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail with a professional and confidential approach
• Experience using legal case management systems is advantageous
