Senior HR Advisor

We’re recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for one of our wonderful travel company clients. This is an established business with over 400 employees and they now need a Senior HR Advisor to work closely with their HR Manager and HR Admins, forming a strong, united team.

Your role as Senior HR Advisor will see you using your generalist HR experience to be a diplomatic, professional and personable member of the organisation.

Working Location & Salary

It’s important that you’re able to split your week between two of their offices, one in London and one in Boxley, Kent.

Flexibility is key in this position as they believe strongly in the face to face presence of the HR team  and you’ll be required to go between the offices on a weekly basis, adapting your week as necessary.

The hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm but there may be some flexibility on start/finish times to suit the individual.

The salary range is between £43,000 – £47,000 depending on experience.

What experience is important?

We’re looking for someone with demonstrable, practical experience in a HR department handling difficult topics such as disciplinaries and capability reviews.

You’ll be qualified to CIPD Level 5.

It would be great if you’ve worked within HR in a sales based company, not necessarily in travel although lovely if you have!

Have worked within an organisation of a similar size, one that was ever changing and required you to be adaptable.

Don’t forget, it’s imperative that you can travel to BOTH offices, the Boxley office isn’t easily accessed by public transport so it would be better if you had your own transportation for that one.
