Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status and delivery schedules. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing documentation. Ensure data accuracy in order tracking systems and records. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements. Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse for order fulfilment. Assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed.Profile A successful Sales Administrator should have: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
