HR Operations AssociateLocation: Newcastle, based on site 5 days per week.Starting salary: £35,000 PA plus benefits. Instead, we're looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in how world-class organisations create outstanding employee experiences.This role offers an exceptional platform to develop your career within Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, and broader People & Culture disciplines.The OpportunityAs an HR Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring that processes run seamlessly and employees receive an exceptional experience from onboarding through to career development.You'll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders, gaining exposure to a wide range of people-related activities while developing valuable commercial and operational skills.Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.Respond to employee queries and provide first-line support on HR policies and processes.Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new joiner experience.Support benefits administration and employee wellbeing initiatives.Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and people-related data management.Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance teams to support hiring and workforce planning activities.Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to employment legislation and internal policies.
What We're Looking ForEssential
1st Class Degree educated (all disciplines welcome).Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately with data.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach when handling confidential information.Genuine interest in People, HR, Operations, and business.
