Mobile Multi Skilled Shift Engineer - Fabric Engineer Bias

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Multi Skilled Shift Engineer with a Fabric Engineer bias to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services across various commercial properties. Your primary duties will include responding to reactive maintenance requests, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for performing fabric-related tasks such as plastering, tiling, flooring, and other general maintenance activities, ensuring that all areas are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building maintenance with a focus on fabric engineering, and possess relevant qualifications in engineering or a trade discipline. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in a mobile role is advantageous, as you will be traveling to various sites to provide your expertise. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to your work, and a commitment to customer service are essential.
