About the Role

Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across Aintree University Hospital and Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

We have a range of flexible agency shifts available, providing nurses with the opportunity to work across a variety of hospital departments and clinical settings while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of clinical settings.
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Administering medication and treatments in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Monitoring patients’ conditions and responding appropriately to changes in their health.
• Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Ensuring infection prevention and control procedures are followed.
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
• Promoting a high standard of patient safety and patient-centred care.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent experience working within an acute hospital setting.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A satisfactory DBS check and satisfactory compliance checks.
