Join a £10bn major data centre build programme delivering mission-critical infrastructure at scale.
The Role (CSA Site Engineer)
We're looking for an experienced CSA Site Engineer to support the delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural works on a live data centre project. You'll work closely with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to spec.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating CSA works across site activities and project phases
- Reviewing drawings, specs, and technical documentation
- Supporting QA/QC processes and maintaining site documentation
- Progress tracking and reporting to senior engineering/management
- Attending site/engineering/planning meetings and managing RFIs
- Assisting with setting out, checks, and dimensional verification
- Supporting commercial tracking (variations/progress claims)
- Driving close-out of CSA snagging items
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven Data Centre experience (mission-critical environment)
- Full UK Right to Work - no sponsorship assistance available
Experience / Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or similar)
- 3+ years CSA experience (civil/structural/architectural packages)
- Strong technical understanding of CSA methodologies and site practices
- Confident communicator; organised and collaborative working style
