Senior Civil Engineer

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in infrastructure projects, focusing on both residential and commercial developments, as well as utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing civil engineering projects with an emphasis on infrastructure
• Utilising InfoDrainage & Civil 3D for project design and implementation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Preparing detailed reports, data analysis, and design documentation
• Attending site visits and client meetings as required
• Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in civil engineering
• Proficient in using InfoDrainage & Civil 3D software
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development, including residential and commercial projects
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work 1 or 2 days per week in the office
• A relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification

Contract Details:

• 6-month rolling contract
• 37.5 hours per week, with options for flexible working arrangements
• Immediate start
