Lead Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, and experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or RISA is highly desirable. You should demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring junior engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be responsible for presenting design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety and sustainability in design are also crucial for success in this role.
