Security BCP Resilience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security BCP Resilience Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and resilience strategies. You will lead initiatives to ensure the organization's preparedness for any disruptions, working collaboratively with various departments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Your expertise will be critical in designing and conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses, as well as developing comprehensive BCP documentation and training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, crisis response, and business continuity frameworks. You will oversee the execution of resilience drills and simulations, ensuring staff are well-prepared to respond effectively in the event of a crisis. Additionally, you will liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and emergency services, to ensure compliance with industry standards. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for reporting on BCP initiatives and resilience metrics to senior management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or related fields is required, alongside relevant certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
