About the role
Admin Officer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne NE18QF
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
* Fully office based
* Pay: £12.86/hr for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £13.25/hr thereafter
* Start: As soon as possible once signed off
* Duration: Until 31 July 2027 (potential extension)
* Enhanced DBS clearance- provided by Brook Street

Our Client, a reputable government department, is hiring two Admin Officers to join a dedicated team-offering ongoing support, professional training, and the chance to make a real difference.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers and files for court hearings, tribunals, and meetings
* Producing and managing court documents, including drafting standard letters and documents
* Creating and updating records on internal systems, with accurate data input and record management
* Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals, and hearings
* Supporting court users with general queries in a professional, friendly manner
* Providing ushering support as needed
