Team Leader (Forklift)

Pay & Shifts:

• £16.32 per hour (£33,945 per annum)
• Sunday to Thursday
• 22:00am to 07:00am

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the night shift team to process incoming deliveries accurately from the hub.
• Oversee stock put-away into dispatch racks with correct labelling and organisation.
• Supervise loading of outbound vehicles, ensuring loads match manifests for multi-drop routes.
• Maintain health & safety standards, including equipment checks and PPE enforcement.
• Provide clear briefings and handovers for smooth team communication.
• Cover Night Shift Manager duties as required, including site opening and operational decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse, despatch, or logistics roles.
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (ABA or RTITB accredited).
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet vehicle loading deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to permanent night shifts.
• Desirable: Reach truck licence, distribution knowledge, First Aid certification
