About the role
Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time
£100–£130 per day
Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning? Would you like to work in a role where building relationships is just as important as supporting education?
Provide Education is recruiting for a dedicated SEND Support Staff member to join a specialist inclusion provision within a mainstream secondary school. This bespoke provision supports students who may be finding the demands of mainstream education challenging due to SEND, behavioural needs or EHCP’s. The focus is on providing personalised support that promotes wellbeing, confidence and successful engagement with learning.
This role is about finding the right person. Previous SEND experience or qualifications are desirable, but they aren’t essential if you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
The RoleYou will work closely with students, helping to build positive relationships, support their emotional wellbeing and adapt learning activities to meet their individual needs. Working alongside teachers and the wider pastoral team, you’ll play an important role in helping students achieve both academically and personally.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, patient and approachable.
- Able to build positive relationships with young people.
- Understanding of individual needs and willing to adapt their approach.
- A strong team player who communicates well with colleagues.
- Passionate about helping students reach their potential.
What you’ll receive:
- Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.
- Competitive pay of £100–£130 per day, depending on experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
- Ongoing support from your dedicated Provide Education consultant.
- Valuable experience within a supportive inclusion setting.
- Opportunities for long-term and permanent positions.
If you’ve been considering a career in SEND or inclusion, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive school environment. If you have empathy, resilience and a commitment to helping young people succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
