We are currently recruiting for Pupil Support Assistants to join a specialist SEN school in Cranleigh, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication needs and associated learning difficulties.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEN needs throughout the school day
Providing academic, emotional, and pastoral support in and out of the classroom
Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult and role model
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and independence
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team to meet individual needs

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEND, or additional needs is desirable
Calm, patient, and resilient with a positive attitude
Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people
Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
