WORKING HOURS, ENVIRONMENT & BENEFITS • Permanent part-time position working 20–25 hours per week • Salary of £28,000 – £35,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata, depending on experience • Full training provided by an experienced Finance Director • Holiday allowance calculated on a pro rata basis • Genuine long-term career progression opportunities • Supportive and collaborative team environment • On-site parking available • Office-based during the initial three-week training period • A hybrid working arrangement is planned following training, aligned with the agreed part-time working pattern KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Processing daily receipts and bank reconciliations • Allocating rental income and investigating unidentified transactions • Maintaining accurate financial records and client account balances • Assisting with arrears reporting and management • Supporting supplier and landlord payment processes • Preparing and reviewing landlord statements • Producing financial reports and management information • Assisting with property profit and loss reporting • Liaising with colleagues and senior management regarding financial matters • Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Our client is keen to hire as soon as possible.
