Security Project Manager
Location: Camden, London (Hybrid Working)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Day Rate: £425 per day - Inside IR35
Start Date: Immediate

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to support the delivery of security system projects across a London-based portfolio. This is a fast-paced contract role requiring strong commercial acumen, proven NEC4 contract experience, and a solid technical understanding of electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of security projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Manage NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee installation and upgrade works across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and best practices.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective reporting and escalation where required.
Coordinate site activities and ensure health & safety compliance at all stages.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electronic security sector.
Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable experience managing project finances.
Solid working knowledge of NEC4 contracts is essential.
Technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
Good understanding of UK security regulations and compliance frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within tight deadlines.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Desirable

Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent).
Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.
Knowledge of integrated security platforms and large-scale deployments.

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working model with a mix of site presence in Camden and remote working.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
