Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator Location: Kent Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Kent. This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate planned maintenance, manage reactive callouts, support field engineers, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Schedule planned maintenance visits and allocate reactive callouts. • Coordinate engineers' workloads and maintain daily schedules. • Liaise with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery. • Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate service records. • Support weekly invoicing and general administration. • Monitor service performance and produce monthly KPI reports. • Raise purchase orders and check subcontractor invoices. • Ensure service reports are completed accurately and follow up on any outstanding actions. About You • Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administration role. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
