You'll be involved in a variety of technical activities, including: • Looking after the technical requirements for your product category. • Working closely with suppliers to make sure products meet customer standards. • Helping resolve quality issues and supporting improvements. • Updating product specifications and technical systems. • Monitoring customer complaints and helping identify ways to reduce them. • Supporting product trials, benchmarking and customer sample requests. • Completing technical reports and customer documentation. • Making sure supplier paperwork and due diligence is up to date. • Working alongside the commercial, packaging and technical teams on new products and packaging changes. • Helping drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. What we're looking for You don't need to tick every box, but we're looking for someone who has: • Experience in a Technical, QA, Quality or Compliance role within food manufacturing or fresh produce. • A good understanding of food safety and quality standards. • Great organisational skills and attention to detail. • Confidence communicating with suppliers and colleagues. • The ability to manage several tasks at once. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
