Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting customers, answering queries about products, and providing recommendations based on their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, which includes organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing. Your ability to work collaboratively with team members will be essential in achieving our sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and have a keen attention to detail. Additionally, the role may require you to operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
