We expect the successful candidate to have: Drive the growth of the company's international energy storage business by identifying, developing, and converting new market opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. Lead commercial activities throughout the sales cycle, including customer engagement, tender participation, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Coordinate the preparation of competitive and commercially viable quotations, working closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Manage quotation, sample, and order processes, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management to achieve annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication, business meetings, site visits, and professional customer support. Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to support strategic business growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline. Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy storage, renewable energy, electric vehicle, battery, or related technology sectors. Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, tender management, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural environments. Demonstrated leadership potential, a proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel. Previous overseas work experience and/or experience in energy storage systems, electric mobility, battery technologies, or industrial equipment sales would be advantageous. Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. Accept frequent business trips. Overseas work experience or vehicle parts or energy storage sales experience is preferred. Professional proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus.
