We're currently recruiting for an experienced Property Maintenance – Trafford Park to join our team on a temporary contract in Trafford Park.
- Location: Trafford Park
- Pay Rate: £16.16 per hour
- Contract Dates: 28th July – 28th August 2026
- Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Small plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic joinery
- General building maintenance
- Other multi-skilled repair works as required
- Previous experience in a multi-trade or maintenance role
- Competent in plumbing, painting, joinery, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
