This office-based role involves speaking with potential customers, generating leads, and building positive relationships over the phone. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and those looking to start a career in telesales. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential customers. * Generate and qualify sales leads. * Build positive relationships with customers over the phone. * Work towards individual and team sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Represent the business professionally in all communications. Skills & Experience * Confident and professional telephone manner. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic approach. * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. * Previous telesales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office-based environment
