An established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Wiltshire is seeking to expand its Commercial Property team. With a strong presence across national, regional and local markets, the firm has developed a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering consistently high-quality legal advice. The team benefits from a breadth of experience typically found in larger city firms, offering a level of expertise that stands out in the local market.

Owing to continued growth and a steady flow of new instructions, the firm is now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years' post-qualification experience.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Acting for both business and private clients
• Advising on landlord and tenant work
• Handling acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting development projects

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
• Strong interest in commercial property law
• Motivated to deliver a high standard of client service
