This global events powerhouse has been bringing people together since your grandparents were at school. Backed by investors (so they’re not going anywhere), they run market-leading events across Insurance. Think: buzzing summits, high-profile guest lists, and the occasional trip to somewhere far more glamorous than your kitchen.

Our office? Open-plan, right by the tube, with a café and gym downstairs. Our culture? Equal parts “let’s hit targets” and “let’s hit the beer garden.” Expect company trips, summer parties with DJs, and the occasional trips away.

Delegate Sales Executive

You’ll be part salesperson, part relationship-builder, part international networker. Your mission is to charm and connect with C-suite executives from around the world, inviting them to attend the VIP events.

Your To-Do List Includes:

• Convincing influential people they really need to be at our events (phone skills required; Jedi mind tricks optional).
• Nurturing relationships like a pro- showing the value of our events while keeping it friendly and consultative.
• Tracking outreach, smashing targets, and celebrating the wins (often in beer gardens).
• Spotting new opportunities and upselling like it’s second nature.
• Representing us on the global stage (Saudi, USA, Europe)

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Desire to work in sales and the events industry
• Evidence of overachieving (this can be through university, sports, societies, charity work or work experience)
• Clear motivations as to why you want to secure a role in sales 
• A minimum of 1 year sales experience- this can be in B2B, B2C sales, recruitment or something similar
