Postal Concierge

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Postal Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and guests regarding all postal and package-related inquiries. You will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are handled with care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, notifying residents of package arrivals, and assisting with the organization of the mailroom. You will also be tasked with implementing security measures to prevent loss or theft of mail and packages, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. You should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using mail processing equipment and technology is essential, along with a basic understanding of postal regulations and procedures. Previous experience in a customer service role or mailroom environment is highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights is required.
