Experienced Security Officer

We are seeking an Experienced Security Officer to join our dedicated team and ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring activity on-site, conducting regular patrols, and implementing security protocols to prevent incidents. You will also manage access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter our premises while providing a visible presence to deter potential threats.

Your duties will include preparing detailed incident reports, responding to alarms, and collaborating with local law enforcement when necessary. You will be expected to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, utilizing your conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tensions. In addition to physical security measures, you will assist in training new security personnel and participating in safety drills to ensure the team is well-prepared for any situation. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of our employees and visitors is essential.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement. A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification are required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are critical.
