• Experience with Children/Young People as a Support Worker, TA, Tutor, Youth Leader, Care Worker, or similar setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young people (aged 11-16).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
