Security Officer Compliance

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Officer Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our security protocols align with industry regulations and best practices. Your primary duties will include conducting regular audits of security operations, evaluating compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain compliance training programs, ensuring all staff members are informed of the latest security procedures and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security compliance regulations and have experience in risk assessment and management. You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring the implementation of improvements. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and will need to stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect our operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

To be considered, candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a compliance role within the security sector. Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) will be an advantage.
