Security Mobile Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Mobile Team Leader to oversee our dynamic security mobile unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel while responding effectively to incidents as they arise. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular training sessions for team members, and maintaining communication with local law enforcement and emergency services. You will also oversee daily security operations, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in security management or law enforcement. You should be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to remain calm under pressure. A valid security license and first aid certification are required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security sector. Additionally, proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to develop positive working relationships with diverse individuals will be key to your success in this position.
