Retail Security Officer LUT1

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer LUT1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers within our retail space. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols of the premises, and ensuring compliance with store policies and safety regulations. You will also be tasked with identifying and addressing potential security threats, responding to incidents, and assisting in the resolution of conflicts as they arise. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with store management and law enforcement as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to assess situations quickly and calmly. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, but not mandatory. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A valid SIA license is required for this position.
