Location: West End, Newcastle upon Tyne
Pay: £13.20 per hour + £60.00 per sleep-in
Contract: Full-Time (40 Hours across 3 long day shifts + sleep-ins)

About the Role
Join our therapeutic residential team to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young people who have experienced trauma. You will use a person-centred approach to build trust, establish daily routines, and help vulnerable children rewrite their futures.
Suitable Transferable Experience:
This position is ideal if you have worked as a Youth Worker, Residential Childcare Worker, Therapeutic Support Worker, Family Support Worker, or Youth Mentor.
Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Develop consistent, trusting bonds so young people feel safe and heard.
Therapeutic Support: Apply trauma-informed techniques to help children manage emotions and high-pressure moments.
Daily Support: Assist with routines, mealtimes, education, hobbies, and accurate record-keeping.
Advocacy: Act as a positive role model and ensure the children's voices shape their care.
