About the role
Location: Warrington (Onsite)
Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Days: Mon - Fri
Hours:
Mon - Thu: 07:15 - 16:00
Fri: 07:15 - 11:45
Pay Rate: £14/hour
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Warrington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our filling department, operating both manual and automated equipment to help deliver high-quality products.
This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity with an immediate start date, offering a stable daytime schedule and excellent overtime earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Equipment: Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently.
Cleanroom Operations: Work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
Quality & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all production documentation to high quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team initiatives to improve daily processes and productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and material handling.
Note: This role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
What We Are Looking For
Attributes: You are reliable, punctual, forward-thinking, and possess a strong work ethic.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred, but not required-full training will be provided!
Skills: A willingness to learn, an understanding of how tools/machinery operate, and the ability to spot production or quality issues.
Teamwork: Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
