BIM Modeller

Job Title: BIM Modeller Length: Running until Mid-August (Extendable) Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable Location: Remote We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to support structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed 3D models of structural steelwork and reinforced concrete elements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Working within a collaborative BIM environment, you will contribute to the development and coordination of models, supporting engineers and project teams throughout all design stages.Due to the sensitive nature of the projects, which include security aspects, the candidate must be a UK national and able to obtain security clearance swiftly to at least BPSS level. Preference will be given to candidates holding SC clearance. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining BIM standards and protocols.Skills
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modellingExperience in producing 3D structural steelwork and reinforced concrete modelsKnowledge of BIM processes and workflows, including ISO 19650 standardsAbility to work within a Common Data Environment (CDE)Understanding of structural engineering principles and detailingExperience with clash detection and model coordinationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsUK National with eligibility for BPSS clearance SC clearance preferred
