Your Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate rich, nature-based early education grounded in free play and individual child interests.

• Observe, assess, and scaffold learning dynamically, identifying teachable moments in every outdoor interaction.

• Establish warm, supportive relationships with children, building their confidence and self-esteem through positive reinforcement.

• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with parents and guardians to track and support each child's individual development journey.

• Work collaboratively with a close-knit practitioner team to uphold the core values of kindness, courage, and educational excellence.

What we need from you

• Qualifications & Registration: SSSC-registered Early Years Educator (EYE) status or a formal teaching qualification is ideal. Well-experienced practitioners dedicated to early development are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Mindset: A cheery, resilient, and forward-thinking attitude with a genuine passion for outdoor pedagogy.

• Adaptability: The ability to think quickly on your feet and transform everyday natural discoveries into valuable educational pathways.

• Vetting: A valid PVG membership (or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement).
