Banksman

 
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking motivated and safety-conscious Banksmen to support an upcoming oil & gas project at their facility in Easter Ross. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.
 
Role Details:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 54 hrs per week
• Start date: August/ September 2026
• Duration: Spring 2027
• PAYE contract with premium OT rates pad after first 38hrs

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely direct and guide vehicle and plant movements on site
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and plant operators
• Support general site activities as required

 
Requirements:

• Valid Banksman certification
• Health and safety focused with a strong commitment to safe working practices
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role (engineering, industrial or construction environments)
