Due to continued growth within the Land & New Homes division, our client is looking for an ambitious, polished and highly motivated New Homes Negotiator to join their expanding team in West Horsley, Surrey.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside respected developers and represent some of the region’s most sought-after new build developments, from boutique schemes to high-end luxury homes across Surrey and south west London.

The company offers their new homes negotiators ongoing training and development and the opportunity to build a strong career within the property industry.

• At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator / new homes negotiator
• A genuine passion for property and customer service
• A proven track record of winning business and delivering results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A professional and confident manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

The salary on offer for this new homes negotiator role will include a basic of £23,000 to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000. The company will provide you with a car allowance.

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role. Occasional Saturday hours may be required.
