Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications. Your leadership will drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management efforts while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering sector. You should have a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will interface with clients, stakeholders, and team members regularly. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
