Location: Belfast
Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum + Performance Bonus (OTE £29,500)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm | Friday 8:30am – 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a growing and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Belfast.

Working as part of a small, dynamic team alongside the Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading, supporting and developing the production team on a daily basis. This is a hands-on position where you will help drive operational performance, ensure customer requirements are met, and support the continued growth and improvement of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a company that offers training, progression and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Office Supervisor to ensure finished goods are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) to customer requirements.
• Lead, motivate and support the production team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Support ongoing equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, including finished goods and intermediate stock.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and organised leader with previous experience within a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience (essential).
• Current Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
• Experience managing and motivating a production team.
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience with stock control and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• IT literate.
• A flexible, adaptable and positive "can-do" attitude.

• Salary increase to £28,500 following progression.
