Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity
In this role, you will go beyond basic feature delivery to build high-reliability, resilient applications and core internal tooling. Working within a global, POD-based team, you will drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality through rapid remediation, vulnerability management, and continuous platform enhancements.
Your Impact

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the software development lifecycle, implementing small incremental fixes quickly, safely, and to tight deadlines.
• Platform Security & Quality: Maintain code health by proactively resolving defects and vulnerabilities, while optimizing data quality input across systems.
• Operational Excellence: Empower Operations teams by developing custom tooling and expanding current engineering capabilities.
• Global Collaboration: Work within an agile POD charter and liaise across Asset Class IT teams to streamline architectures and eliminate unnecessary complexity.

• Core Technicals: 5+ years of core Java development experience with a strong problem-solving track record and a Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent discipline).
• Delivery & DevOps: Solid grasp of DevOps concepts, Continuous Integration/Build processes, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Agile Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive in identifying and solving issues, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus Points: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, Cloud concepts (preferably GCP), Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Regulatory Reporting background.
