  • Deliver compassionate, 24-hour therapeutic care to children and young individuals dealing with early trauma and emotional difficulties.

  • Embed seamlessly into care teams to maintain safe, structured, and nurturing residential environments.

  • Accompany young people to school, medical appointments, and developmental community outings to foster self-confidence.

  • Maintain rigorous professional boundaries while upholding National Care Standards at all times.

  • Work a adaptable schedule tailored to your availability, covering day shifts, waking nights, weekends, or bank holidays.


Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Essential background in a residential care setting directly supporting children or young people.

  • Compliance: Active PVG scheme membership (or full commitment to registering prior to starting).

  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Licence: A valid, full UK driving licence is strongly preferred to assist with community transport.

  • Skills: Excellent communication abilities, emotional resilience, and a proactive attitude.
