We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading logistics company at their busy Avonmouth site in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career in warehousing and logistics.

You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, speed, and teamwork are key. Full training is provided, making this an excellent role for both experienced warehouse staff and those looking to grow within the industry.

Shift Pattern:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 (including weekends on rota)

The Role:

• Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners in a chilled environment
• Ensure correct quantities and quality standards are met
• Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
• Support stock replenishment, stock control, and general warehouse duties

What we’re looking for:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive work ethic
