HGV 2 / Operative

Our client in Padworth is looking for HGV 2 Driver / Operative to join them immediately.

Your duties include but are not limited to;

• Drive and load various LGV vehicles on the Ancillary and Street Cleansing services at a major contract in the largest environmental services company in the UK. This is a large team delivering excellent customer service to the residents of the area and so you may be required to drive vehicles and complete other tasks across several of the departments.
• At shift start, thoroughly check your vehicle for condition and roadworthiness and complete the appropriate forms, reporting any issues immediately.
• Drive and operate any vehicle supplied, having first received the relevant training.

Requirements:

• The ability to communicate effectively within a team and to adhere to safety instructions
• A reliable, punctual and focused individual.
• This role will suit people who like working outside and willing to work hard

Pay/Benefits:

• £17.72 per hour
• On-site parking
• Monday to Friday
