General Landscaper

Join a reputable local company dedicated to green initiatives and quality workmanship. We’re looking for a full-time Landscape Operative to support our clients Landscape Supervisor on varied projects including planting, turf laying and hard landscaping.

Pay & Shifts:

• Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• £27,500 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with ground preparation, planting shrubs and trees, turf laying and wildflower creation.
• Supporting fencing and hard landscaping tasks.
• Reading and following detailed site plans for accuracy.
• Adhering to PPE and strict health & safety standards.
• Maintaining company vehicles and reporting incidents promptly.
• Contributing to company environmental objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in landscaping or related roles.
• Ability to work well in a close-knit team.
• Full UK driver’s licence advantageous but not essential.
