Trade Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of tradespeople in delivering high-quality services and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of trade practices, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. You should have a proven track record of managing teams effectively and experience in project management. A valid trade certification and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role are essential. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computer software for scheduling and reporting will be critical in this role.
