Warehouse Operative – Days

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading logistics company at their Avonmouth site. This 40-hour-per-week role involves working a set shift from 06:00 to 14:00, 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis. With your schedule provided well in advance, you can easily balance work and life commitments. If you have experience in order picking and enjoy working in a chilled environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Accurately picking orders using a Voice scanner in a chilled environment
• Ensuring all products are picked in the correct quantities and quality standard
• Packing items carefully to prepare for dispatch
• Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and daily targets
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area in line with health and safety standards
• Assisting with stock replenishment, stock taking, and other warehouse duties as needed

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with order picking
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
