Primary Teacher

Provide Education are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Brighouse.

Whether you’re looking for day-to-day flexibility or longer-term placements, we have opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Supply teaching offers the perfect opportunity to gain experience in different school settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We work closely with local schools to provide high-quality teaching staff, offering a variety of assignments to suit your availability and career goals.

Primary Supply Teacher benefits:

• Competitive daily rates from £130 – £230 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

Primary Supply Teacher role requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Supply Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups
• Follow school planning or adapt lessons where required
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support pupils to achieve their full potential
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Maintain high standards of teaching and professionalism across different school settings
