We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to join our well-established nurseries in Thornton Heath and the surrounding areas. We have a range of full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play and structured activities

• Assisting with daily routines including feeding, changing, and tidying

• Helping maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive nursery environment

• Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of care

Ideal Candidate

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• Previous childcare experience is essential

• Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic

• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or in a nursery setting

• An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)

• A friendly and caring nature with a desire to support early years development
